If you find a lower price on an identical pharmaceutical product from a competitor in Australia, we will match that price. This policy applies to all eligible products sold in our pharmacy.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Identical Products: The product must be the same brand, size, formulation, and packaging.

  2. In-Stock Requirement: The item must be in stock at both Quit Hero and the competitor's store.

  3. Competitor Verification: The lower price must be verifiable through a current advertisement, flyer, or website listing from the competitor.

Exclusions

  • Prices from clearance sales, special promotions, or membership-only prices are not eligible for price matching.

  • Prescription medications may have additional restrictions based on state regulations.

How to Request a Price Match

  1. Provide Proof: Within our website section of “Contact”, select the topic “Price Match Guarantee” and show us a picture, screenshot or an attached file of the competitor's price when making your request.

  2. Verification Process: Our staff will verify the competitor's pricing before matching it.

  3. You will be given a store credit: Once we verify the price match, please complete your purchase and send us your order number. We will then credit the price difference to your Quit Hero account as store credit, which can be used on your next purchase. Our Price Match Guarantee does not offer refunds.
